Description

This activity uses the contact EntityType - PATCH API to update a contact in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

• ConnectionId - The connection established in Integration Service. Access the dropdown menu to choose, add, or manage connections. This field supports only strings or String variables.

• Contact ID - The unique identifier of the contact. A list of IDs is available in the dropdown menu. This field supports only strings or String variables.

  • You can retrieve the ID from the output of the first record of a List all records - Contact activity, with a filter used on First name, Last name, etc. The value is available in the contactid output field.
• Last name - The last name of the contact. This field supports only strings or String variables.

Advanced options

• First name - The first name of the contact. This field supports only strings or String variables.
• Account role - The code of the account role in Dynamics CRM. Options available in the dropdown menu are: Decision Maker, Employee, Influencer. This field supports only strings or String variables.
• Owner ID - The system user responsible for this account. A list of IDs is available in the dropdown menu. This field supports only strings or String variables.
• Job title - The job title of the contact in Dynamics CRM. This field supports only strings or String variables.
• Email address - The email address of the contact. This field supports only strings or String variables.
• Mobile phone - The mobile phone of the contact. This field supports only strings or String variables.
• Address Line 1 - The address of contact. This field supports only strings or String variables.
• Postal code - The postal code of the contact. This field supports only strings or String variables.
• City - The city of the contact. This field supports only strings or String variables.
• Country - Country of the contact. This field supports only strings or String variables.
• Description - Description of the contact. This field supports only strings or String variables.
• Company - The organization of the contact. This field supports only strings or String variables.
• Manager name - The name of the manager associated with a contact. This field supports only strings or String variables.
