About the UiPath Orchestrator activities

UiPath® Orchestrator is a web application that enables you to orchestrate solutions, processes and robots in executing repetitive business processes. Orchestrator manages the resources to be used in automation projects and consumed by runtimes and robots, and access to them through support for hierarchical structuring combined with fine-grained role assignment. It acts as an integration point with third-party solutions and applications.

These activities can be used with UiPath® Studio Web and Studio Desktop versions 2023.10 and newer.

Mode de fonctionnement

To enable the outbound automation, the activities establish an authenticated connection using the UiPath Orchestrator Connector. The connector uses an internal UiPath authentication service. Any Automation Cloud™ user can access the authentication service.

UiPath Apps connections are direct and secure, and do not require additional authentication parameters, such as user credentials or security keys.

Once established, the connection can be used in all activities of the package.
