Créer une association de prospects avec une entreprise dans SAP Cloud for Customer.

Configuration

• ID de connexion ( Connection ID) - La connexion établie dans Integration Service. Accédez au menu déroulant pour choisir, ajouter ou gérer des connexions.

• Name - The name of the lead. This field supports String type input.
• Company - The company of the lead. This field supports String type input.
• Contact last name - The last name of the contact associated with the lead. This field supports String type input.
• Contact first name - The first name of the contact associated with the lead. This field supports String type input.

Gérer les propriétés

Utilisez l’assistant Gérer les propriétés ( Manage Properties ) pour configurer ou utiliser l’un des champs standard ou personnalisés de l’objet. Vous pouvez sélectionner des champs et les ajouter à la zone de dessin de l’activité. Les champs standard ou personnalisés ajoutés sont disponibles dans le panneau Propriétés (Properties) (dans Studio Desktop) ou sous Afficher les propriétés supplémentaires ( Show additional properties ) (dans Studio Web).

Propriétés supplémentaires

• Source - The origin or source of the lead such as Campaign, Deal Registration, Roadshow etc. Select an option from the available dropdown list. This field supports String type input.
• Category - The category of the lead such as Prospect for Consulting, Prospect for Product Sales etc.
• Select an option from the available dropdown list. This field supports String type input.
• Contact email - Email address of the lead. This field supports String type input.
• Contact phone - Phone number of the lead. This field supports String type input.
• Account address line 1 - Street address of the company of the lead. This field supports String type input.
• Account postal code - Postal code of the company of the lead. This field supports String type input.
• Account city - City of the company of the lead. This field supports String type input.
• Account country - The country of the company of the lead. This field supports String type input.
• Note - Any additional notes of the lead. This field supports String type input.
• Owner party ID - The owner of the lead. Type up to three characters of the name to find the system user (owner) in the available dropdown list or enter a user/owner party ID. This field supports String type input.
• Qualification - The qualification of the lead such as Hot, Cold or Warm. This field supports String type input.
• Campaign object ID - The campaign associated with the lead. Type up to three characters of the name to find the campaign in the available dropdown list or enter a campaign ID. This field supports String type input.
• Status - The status of the lead. Select an option from the available dropdown list. This field supports String type input.
