Microsoft 365 アクティビティ パッケージについて

概要

Microsoft 365 は、現代の働き方に最適なツールをまとめて提供する、クラウドベースのサブスクリプション サービスです。Microsoft 365 は、Excel や Outlook などのクラス最高のアプリケーションと OneDrive や SharePoint などの強力なクラウド サービスを組み合わせることで、誰でも場所やデバイスを問わずに情報を作成および共有することができます。

Microsoft 365 アクティビティ パッケージは、Microsoft 365 アプリケーションとの対話を自動化する機能を提供します。このアクティビティでは、Microsoft Graph API との連携により、ロボットで以下の操作を実行できます。

• OneDrive や SharePoint のファイルを管理する
• SharePoint リストを管理する
• Excel ブックを作成および編集する
• Outlook メールを検索および送信する
• Outlook の予定表を管理する
• trigger automations when certain events happen.

アクティビティ

Microsoft 365 パッケージには、以下の 3 種類のアクティビティが含まれています。

¹バージョン 2.5.5 からは、[Microsoft Office 365 スコープ] アクティビティ内で、これらのアクティビティとトリガーをクラシック認証方法で使用できます。

Before you start your first project, read the How to connect to Microsoft 365 activities guide, to understand the differences between authentication options, automation scenarios, and what permissions you need to grant. After you determine your use case:

• If you want to use Integration Service, refer to Setting up Integration Service connectors.

• If you want to use a classic Azure app, refer to Custom OAuth Application registration - Bring your own app (BYOA).
