Google Workspace アクティビティ パッケージについて

概要

UiPath.GSuite.Activities パッケージを使うと、Google カレンダー、Google ドライブ、Google スプレッドシート、Gmail、Google ドキュメント、Google ToDo リスト、Google フォームなどの Google Workspace (以前は G Suite と呼ばれていました) アプリケーションを自動化できます。

Google Workspace アクティビティ パッケージでは、以下を実行できます。

• Google カレンダーの予定を作成および変更する
• Google ドライブ ファイルを管理する
• GMail メッセージを読み取り、送信する
• Google スプレッドシートのスプレッドシートを作成および編集する
• Google ドキュメントのドキュメントを作成する
• Google タスクを管理する
• Google フォームを管理する
• trigger automations when certain events happen.

アクティビティ

Google Workspace パッケージには、以下の 3 種類のアクティビティが含まれています。

以下のスコープ アクティビティを使用すると、Google サービスに接続して認証を得ることができます。

• GSuite Application Scope - Supports all Google Workspace activities. Requires setting up applications in Google Cloud for connecting to Google.

• Google ドライブを使用、Google ドキュメントを使用、Google スプレッドシートを使用 - ドライブ系、ドキュメント系、シート系のアクティビティをそれぞれサポートします。これらは、簡易な設定エクスペリエンスを提供する新しいアクティビティです。次のいずれかの方法で、サービスに接続できます。

  • UiPath Automation Cloud の Integration Service から専用のコネクタを使用します。これにより、接続を容易に追加したり、アクティビティから既存の接続を選択したりできます。このオプションは、UiPath.GSuite.Activities v1.12.0 以降で使用できます。
  • Google Cloud で設定したアプリケーションと資格情報を使用します。既存の UiPath アプリケーションを使用するか (追加の設定は不要)、独自のアプリケーションを設定できます。

コネクションを確立する

Integration Service のコネクション

Google Workspace のモダン アクティビティおよびトリガー アクティビティは、Integration Service のコネクタ、Gmail、Google ドキュメント、Google ドライブ、および Google スプレッドシート コネクタを使用して、Google アプリケーションへの認証されたコネクションを確立します。

[UiPath Automation Cloud] > [Integration Service] でコネクションを作成しておけば、他のすべての Google Workspace アクティビティで再利用できます。

標準接続

To enable the outbound automation between UiPath and Google Workspace, the Classic activities establish an authenticated connection to your Google applications via the Google Workspace Scope activity. To get started, see Set up OAuth applications in Google Cloud.

接続が確立されると、他の Google Workspace アクティビティを追加して新しいオートメーション プロジェクトを作成したり、それらのアクティビティを既存のプロジェクトに追加して、Google Wiorkspace アプリケーションを含めるよう自動化機能を拡張したりできるようになります。
