説明

Word 文書内に出現するすべての画像を、別の指定した画像に置き換えます。置換する画像は、代替テキストによって識別されます。このアクティビティは [Word ファイルを使用 ] アクティビティに追加する必要があります。

The Alt text is a short description of the image, which makes sense of that image when it can't be viewed. It describes the content of the image in a succinct and specific way. To set or view the alt text of an image in Word, open the context menu for the image and select Edit Alt Text....

• Find pictures with Alt Text - Select Plus on the right side of the field, and then select Text to enter the Alt Text of the picture to replace in the Text Builder. Alternatively, you can use one of the other options in the menu to indicate the Alt Text:

  • プロジェクト ノートブック、親の Excel ファイル、または Outlook アカウントからのデータです。たとえば、Excel ファイルを選択してテキストを含むセルを選択するか、または Outlook で選択されているメールからテキストを含むフィールドを指定します。
  • 保存された値を使用 - プロジェクトで後で使用するために以前保存した値を選択します。
  • 実行時に確認 - プロジェクトの実行時にテキストの入力を求めます。
  • 詳細エディターを開く - VB の式を入力します。

• Replace with picture - Select Browse  next to the field, and then browse to and select an image file to replace the picture in the document. Alternatively, select Plus on the right side of the field, and then, from the menu, choose one of the available options to indicate the path to the image file to replace the picture with:
