説明

オートメーションで使用する PowerPoint プレゼンテーションを選択できます。アクティビティを追加し、ファイルを指定した後、このアクティビティ内のプレゼンテーションで実行する PowerPoint 系のアクティビティを追加します。指定したファイルが存在しない場合は、オートメーションによってファイルを作成できます。

UI Automation アクティビティを [PowerPoint ファイルを使用] アクティビティに直接追加して、PowerPoint のインターフェイスをより迅速に自動化することができます。そのためには、マシン上で PowerPoint ファイルが開かれている必要があります。

アクティビティの構成

デザイナー パネル

• PowerPoint file - Select Browse next to the field, and then browse to and select a PowerPoint file to use in the automation. To create a new file when the automation is executed, browse to the folder where to create it, and enter the file name. Make sure to select the Create if needed option. If you need to work with a file with a dynamic name, you can provide the file path using one of the options in the Plus menu on the right side of the field. For example, select a cell in the Project Notebook, where the file path can be extracted daily using the provided formulas, or select Ask when run to enter the path of the file when executing the project. Alternatively, you can work with a remote PowerPoint file by inputting the SharePoint URL of the file.
• 参照名 - オートメーション プロジェクトでファイルの参照として使用する名前を入力します。
• 自動保存 - アクティビティによって変更が発生するたびにプレゼンテーションを保存します。無効化した場合は、[PowerPoint プレゼンテーションを使用] に追加されたすべてのアクティビティの実行後にのみ変更が保存されます。このオプションは既定で選択されています。
• 存在しない場合ファイルを作成 - このオプションを選択すると、指定したプレゼンテーション ファイルが存在しない場合、新しいプレゼンテーションが作成されます。このオプションを選択しない場合は、プレゼンテーション ファイルが見つからないときにエラーが発生します。このオプションは既定で選択されていません。
• Template file - When you use this activity to create a new file, or, if the path in the Presentation file field is dynamic, you can select this option to use another PowerPoint file with the same structure at design time. The data in the template file is available for selection from the Plus menu in activities added inside Use PowerPoint Presentation, enabling you to configure them by selecting slides, placeholders, or layouts directly from StudioX. After you select this option, select Browse to select the file to use as a template.
  注:

  テンプレート ファイルは設計時にのみ使用され、スライド マスターからコンテンツがコピーされることはありません。オートメーションが実行されると、[ プレゼンテーション ファイル ] フィールドに定義されたファイルが処理されます。

共通

• 表示名 - デザイナー パネルに表示されるアクティビティの名前です。

ファイル

• 編集用パスワード - ファイルがパスワードで保護されている場合に、PowerPoint プレゼンテーションの編集に必要なパスワード。
• パスワード - ファイルがパスワードで保護されている場合に、PowerPoint プレゼンテーションを開くのに必要なパスワード。
• パス - PowerPoint プレゼンテーションへのパス。ファイルが存在せず、[新しいファイルを作成] オプションを選択する場合は、オートメーションの実行時にファイルが作成されます。

その他

• プライベート - オンにした場合、変数および引数の値が Verbose レベルでログに出力されなくなります。

オプション

• 自動保存 - 「アクティビティの本体」の「変更を保存」をご覧ください。
• 新しいファイルを作成 - 「アクティビティの本体」の「存在しない場合ファイルを作成」をご覧ください。
• 読み取り専用 - 選択すると、指定したプレゼンテーションが読み取り専用モードで開きます。このチェック ボックスを選択すると、編集のためにロックされていたり、編集用パスワードが設定されていたりするファイルでも、データ抽出操作を実行できます。このオプションは既定で選択されていません。
• テンプレート ファイルを使用 - 「アクティビティの本体」の「テンプレート ファイル」をご覧ください。
• 秘密度ラベル - 秘密度ラベルまたはプレゼンテーション ラベル オブジェクトのインスタンスの文字列 ID です。[秘密度操作] が「追加」の場合にのみ使用されます。それ以外の場合は、無視されます。
• 秘密度操作 - 秘密度ラベルを使用して適用される秘密度操作です。ドロップダウンを使用して、[何もしない]、[追加/更新]、[クリア] のいずれかのオプションを選択します。 詳しくは、「秘密度ラベルを使用する」をご覧ください。
