Arbeiten mit Diagrammen

Einleitung

Diagramme sind Dashboardelemente, die verwendet werden, um Daten in einem Dashboard zu visualisieren. Zum Beispiel ein Prozessdiagramm, ein Balkendiagramm oder eine analyseübergreifende Tabelle.

Ein Diagramm enthält normalerweise Informationen über einen bestimmten Teil des Prozesses, z. B. Fallinformationen oder Ereignisinformationen. Ein Dashboard kann mehrere Diagramme enthalten. Siehe Abbildung unten.

Charts can have different lay-outs so that various aspects of the process can be shown. For example in the Process - Process dashboard in AppOne. See illustration below.

Attribute

The data in charts is displayed based on attributes and attribute selections. Selecting an attribute determines by which attribute the records in the dashboard are categorized. In the Overview – Cases dashboard in AppOne the initial value is Case type. This means all the cases on the dashboard are categorized by case type.

Wenn Sie im Attributselektor ein anderes Attribut auswählen, ändern sich die Daten im Dashboard. Sie können dem Attributselektor weitere Attribute hinzufügen, um das Dashboard nach mehreren Attributen zu gruppieren.

Metriken

Metrics are used to compute the value for each category, e.g. the number of cases, or percentage of cases. For example, in the Overview – Cases dashboard in AppOne the initial value is Number of cases. If you select a different metric in the metric selector the value for each of the categories in the dashboard is modified.

Missing data

Bei der Berechnung von Metriken werden Ereignisse mit fehlenden Daten nicht berücksichtigt. Wenn zum Beispiel ein Ereignis keinen Wert für das ausgewählte Attribut hat und die Metrik den Durchschnitt über dieses Attribut berechnet, werden Ereignisse nicht berücksichtigt. “

Datenauswahl

It is possible to do selections on row values of other columns. In this case, the entire row is highlighted and the actual selected value is made bold. A filter is added to the Filters panel. See the animation below for an example.

Hinweis:

A column can only be selected if an attribute is set for the column.

If you click on the Approve selection button, the data in the dashboard is changed according to the selection.

Hinweis:

A preview of the selection is displayed before you approve the selection, which allows you to check the consequences of your selection before approving.

Verwenden von Auswahlen in mehreren Dashboards

Sowohl die Auswahl von Attributen als auch Metriken gelten für verschiedene Dashboards. Dies ermöglicht es, dass in einem Dashboard eine Auswahl zur Analyse erstellt wird und dieselbe Auswahl in einem anderen Dashboard weiter analysiert werden kann.

Drill down

Mit Drilldown können Sie die Daten innerhalb des Dashboards schnell analysieren. Drilldowns sind vordefinierte Pfade von Attributen innerhalb der Anwendung, die logisch in einer bestimmten Reihenfolge zu analysieren sind.

For example in the Overview - Cases dashboard in AppOne you can drill down from Case department to Case owner.

Details

The Details button enables you to analyze cases and/or events on the lowest level by going to the Details dashboards.
