Categorize

Description

Categorize content based on provided categories.

Configuration

  • Connection ID - The connection established in Integration Service. Access the dropdown menu to choose, add, or manage connections.

  • Content - The content to categorize. This field supports String type input.
  • Categories - The categories. Use the Dictionary builder widget to create a list of categories with a description and/or attributes. These are used to output an accurate category. Make sure to create clear distinctions between each category. The same category name cannot be used more than once.
  • Description of content - Short description of the content being categorized. For example, product support tickets, customer reviews, etc. This field supports String type input. This field is optional. Providing a description can help with accuracy by adding more context. However, it is not always necessary and it can negatively impact the output if not carefully considered.
Manage Properties

Use the Manage Properties wizard to configure or use any of the object's standard or custom fields. You can select fields to add them to the activity canvas. The added standard or custom fields are available in the Properties panel (in Studio Desktop) or under Show additional properties (in Studio Web).

Additional properties
  • Example(s) - Optional examples of content and their correlated category. You can use the Dictionary builder widget to create a list of examples and their expected categories.

  • Content category - The inferred category of the content.
