Create User

Description

Creates a user in PagerDuty.

Configuration

Connection ID - The connection established in Integration Service. Access the drop-down menu to choose, add, or manage connections.
From - The email address of the user making the request. This field supports String type input.
Name - The full name of the user as registered in the system. This field supports String type input.
Email - The primary email address associated with the user account. This field supports String type input.
Time zone - The user's preferred time zone setting. Select the time zone from the available drop-down list.
Role - The role assigned to the user within the system. Select an option from the available drop-down list: Admin, Limited user, Observer, Owner, Read only user, Restricted access, Read only limited user, User.
Note: The account must have the read_only_users ability to set a user as a read_only_user or a read_only_limited_user, and must have advanced permissions abilities to set a user as observer or restricted_access.
Description - A brief summary about the user or their role. This field supports String type input.
Job title - The official job title of the user. This field supports String type input.

Manage Properties

Use the Manage Properties wizard to configure or use any of the object's standard or custom fields. You can select fields to add them to the activity canvas. The added standard or custom fields are available in the Properties panel (in Studio Desktop) or under Show additional options (in Studio Web).
