Create Shared Link

This activity creates a shared link with custom settings. Only one shared link can exist for a file. Use generic activities to retrieve the existing shared links.

Configuration

Connection ID - The connection established in Integration Service. Access the drop-down menu to choose, add, or manage connections.
File - The file to created a shared link for. Click the Folder icon to browse your Dropbox folders. This field supports IResource type input.

Manage Properties

Use the Manage Properties wizard to configure or use any of the object's standard or custom fields. You can select fields to add them to the activity canvas. The added standard or custom fields are available in the Properties panel (in Studio Desktop) or under Show additional options (in Studio Web).

Access - The level of access associated to the shared link. Select an option from the available drop-down list: Viewer, Editor, Max, Default.
Allow download - Whether to allow downloading the file. Boolean value.
Audience - The audience for the shared link content. Select an option from the available drop-down list: Public, Team, No-one, Password, Members.
