Create Content

Description

This activity uses the Create content - POST API to create a new piece of content or publish an existing draft.

Configuration

Connection ID - The connection established in Integration Service. Access the dropdown menu to choose, add, or manage connections.
Content type - The type of content to be created. Options available in the dropdown menu are: page, blog post. This field supports String type input.
Title - The title of the content. This field supports String type input.
Space key - The key of the space under which the content will be posted. A list of space keys is available in the dropdown menu. This field supports String type input.
Content status - The status of the content. Options available in the dropdown menu are: current, deleted, historical, draft. This field supports String type input.
Description - A description of the content you wish to add. Maximum characters: 250 words. This field supports String type input.
Important: If you later want to create an event data filter based on the Description field, make sure you use the Contains operator, not Equals.

Manage Properties

Use the Manage Properties wizard to configure or use any of the object's standard or custom fields. You can select fields to add them to the activity canvas. The added standard or custom fields are available in the Properties panel (in Studio Desktop) or under Show additional properties (in Studio Web).
