Create Opportunity

Description

Create an opportunity in Salesforce.

Configuration

  • Connection ID - The connection established in Integration Service. Access the drop-down menu to choose, add, or manage connections.

  • Opportunity name - Name of the opportunity to be created. This field supports String type input.
  • Stage - Current stage of the opportunity, such as Prospecting, Needs Analysis, Negotiation, Closed Won, closed Lost etc. This field supports String type input.
  • Close date - The close date of the opportunity. Use the calendar widget to select a date. This field supports DateTimeoffset type input.
  • Amount - Amount associated with the opportunity This field supports String type input.
  • Account - Type the name of the account to assign and select from the dropdown list. ID of the account can also be used here. This field supports String type input.
Manage Properties

Use the Manage Properties wizard to configure or use any of the object's standard or custom fields. You can select fields to add them to the activity canvas. The added standard or custom fields are available in the Properties panel (in Studio Desktop) or under Show additional properties (in Studio Web).

Additional properties
  • Opportunity Type - Type of the opportunity, such as Existing customer, New customer, etc. These values are customizable in Salesforce. This field supports String type input.
  • Primary campaign - Type the name of the campaign through which the opportunity was created and select from the dropdown list. ID of the campaign can also be used here. This field supports String type input.
  • Contact - Type the name of the contact to assign and select from the dropdown list. ID of the contact can also be used here. This field supports String type input.
  • Description - Additional details about the opportunity. This field supports String type input.
  • Next step - Details of next step to be taken with the opportunity. This field supports String type input.
  • Probability - Probability percentage of closure of the opportunity. This field supports Nullable<Single> variables.
Output
  • ID - ID of the opportunity created in Salesforce. Automatically generated output variable.
  • Opportunity - Automatically generated output variable.
