Description

Lists all the records in Coupa.

Configuration

• ConnectionId - The connection established in Integration Service. Access the drop-down to choose, add or manage connections. This field supports only strings or String variables.
• Select Object - The object you want to configure. Access the drop-down to choose the object.
• Max Records - The maximum number of records to return.

Advanced Options

Options

• dir - The available values. You can specify either asc or desc in this field.
• fields - Specify the fields to return in the response payload. Defaults to all standard fields.
• filter - Filters the response.
• order_by - Orders by the list by a specified field
• pageSize - The number of resources you want to return in a given page.
• return_object - You can specify either limited, shallow, or none in this field.
• where - The CEQL search expression, or the where clause, without the WHERE keyword. For example, to search for objects that were last modified on or after a certain date, the search expression is where=lastModifiedDate>='YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS.SSSZ.

Output

• First Approvals Record - The first record you want to be returned.
• List of Approvals - The list of returned records.
