Create Share Link

Description

Create a shareable link for a ShareFile item.

Configuration

• Connection ID - The connection established in Integration Service. Access the drop-down menu to choose, add, or manage connections.

• Item - Start with typing the file name to search for the file to be shared or use the dropdown menu to find a file. This field supports only strings or String variables.

Advanced options

• Expiration Date - The future date the share expires. If not specified, it defaults to 30 days from the share date. This field supports only DateTimeOffset variables.
• Is login required - If set to true, recipients need to log in to access the Share. This field accepts only Boolean values.
• Is user info required - If set to true, recipients must provide their full name and email address. Cannot be true if Is login required is set to true. This field accepts only Boolean values.
• Is view only - If set to true, users can only view but not download Share items (PDFs, Microsoft Office files, audio and video files, images). This field accepts only Boolean values.

Output

• Share ID (output) - The share ID. This field supports only strings or String variables.
• Share URL (output) - The share URL. This field supports only strings or String variables.
