Get Channel by Name

Description

Retrieves the channel in a team based on the channel name.

Configuration

• Connection - The connection established in Integration Service. Access the drop-down to choose, add or manage connections.
• Team - The name of the team from where you want to retrieve the channel name. Typing at least 3 characters of the name enables you to select the team from a drop-down list or you can type in a custom team ID. The ID can also be retrieved from the output of the Get Team by Name activity.
• Name - The name of the channel you want to retrieve. Typing at least 3 characters of the name enables you to select the channel from a drop-down list or you can type in a custom channel ID. The ID of the channel can also be retrieved from the ID output parameter of the Get Channel by Name activity.

Manage Properties Wizard

You can further configure additional fields for the activity by using the Manage Properties Wizard.
