Delete Record


Deletes a record in SAP CRM.

After completing the operation, the activity outputs the operation status (success/failure information) in in a ResponseStatus object that you can use in subsequent activities (e.g., conditional logic).
In the Body of the Activity
To enter your Delete Record property values, click the Configure button to open the Object Wizard and select a ServiceNow object (you also have the option to enter the object as a String).

  • Object - The type of ServiceNow object that you want to delete. Use the Object Wizard to select an object or enter a valid String or String variable.
  • Id - The sys_id of the SAP CRM record that you want to retrieve. Enter a String or String variable.


  • DisplayName - The display name of the activity. This field supports String type input.
  • Private - If selected, the values of variables and arguments are no longer logged at Verbose level.
  • ResponseStatus - The status of the request (success/failure information). Enter a ResponseStatus variable (UiPath.BAF.Models.ResponseStatus). The ResponseStatus object includes three properties that you can use in other activities.
    • Success - Boolean - Specifies whether the API request was successful.
    • ErrorCode - String - The response error if the API request is unsuccessful (Success=False).
    • Message - String - The error message
