Create Contact

UiPath.SugarEnterprise.IntegrationService.Activities.CreateContacts

Creates a contact in Sugar CRM.

In the body of the activity

  • Salutation - The salutation of your contact.
  • First name - The first name of your contact.
  • Last name - The last name of your contact.
  • Email - The email address of your contact.
  • Title - The designation or position of your contact.
  • Work Phone Number - The work phone number of your contact.
  • Mobile Phone Number - The mobile phone number of your contact.
  • Account - Type the first 3 characters of the name to select the account from the dropdown or pass custom account ID.
  • Assigned to - Type the first 3 characters of the name to select the assigned user from the dropdown or pass custom user ID.
  • Department - Your contact's department.
  • Primary street address - The primary street address of your contact.
  • Primary address city - The primary city of your contact.
  • Primary address state - The primary state of your contact.
  • Primary address postal code - The primary postal code of your contact.
  • Primary address country - The primary country of your contact.
  • Alternate street address - The alternate street address of your contact.
  • Alternate address city - The alternate city of your contact.
  • Alternate address postal code - The alternate postal code of your contact.
  • Alternate address country - The alternate country of your contact.
  • Email opt out - Boolean value. Set to true if you wish your contacts to not receive emails.
  • ID - The output ID of the contact.

Properties

Common
  • DisplayName - The display name of the activity. This field supports String type input.
Misc
  • Private - If selected, the values of variables and arguments are no longer logged at Verbose level.
Output
  • ResponseStatus - The status of the request (success/failure information). Enter a ResponseStatus variable (UiPath.BAF.Models.ResponseStatus). The ResponseStatus object includes three properties that you can use in other activities.
    • Success - Boolean - Specifies whether the API request was successful.
    • ErrorCode - String - The response error if the API request is unsuccessful (Success=False).
    • Message - String - The error message.
