Create Contact



Uses the Contacts - POST API to create a contact in Act! 365.

  • Connection - The connection established in Integration Service. Access the drop-down to choose, add or manage connections.
  • First Name - The first name of the contact.
  • Last Name - The last name of the contact.
  • Email Address - The email address of the contact.

Manage Properties Wizard

The Manage Properties Wizard can be used to configure or use any of the object’s standard or custom fields by selecting and adding them to the activity canvas. The added standard/custom fields are available in the Properties panel (in Studio Desktop) or under Additional options (in Studio Web).


  • Company - The company of the contact.
  • Customer Type - The customer type of the contact. Valid values are Prospect, Customer, Inactive Customer, Internal or Other.
  • Groups - An array of groups associated with the contact.
  • Business Phone - The business phone of the contact.
  • Source - Source of the contact. Can be any source such as Web, Phone, Twitter etc.
  • Job Title - The job title of the contact. The job title is customizable and follows organization standards.
  • Mobile Phone - The mobile phone of the contact.
  • Business Address Line1 - The business address line 1 of the contact.
  • Business Address Line2 - The business address line 2 of the contact.
  • Business Address City - The business address city of the contact.
  • Business Address Postal Code - The business address postal code of the contact.
  • Business Address Country - The business address country of the contact.


  • Contact ID - The ID of the contact. The Contact ID can be retrieved by using the List all Contacts activity and filtering based on email address, first name, last name or company.
  • Contacts - The updated contacts.
