Create Opportunity

Description

Adds an opportunity to the Insightly CRM.

Configuration

• Connection ID - The connection established in Integration Service. Access the drop-down menu to choose, add, or manage connections.

• Opportunity name - Name of the opportunity. This field supports String type input.
• Opportunity details - Description of the opportunity. This field supports String type input.
• Opportunity value - Total value of the opportunity. This field supports Int64 type input.
• Category - Category of the opportunity. Select an option from the available drop-down list.
• Opportunity state - Current state of the opportunity. Select an option from the available drop-down list.
• Linked email address - Email address linked to the opportunity. This field supports String type input.

Manage Properties

Use the Manage Properties wizard to configure or use any of the object's standard or custom fields. You can select fields to add them to the activity canvas. The added standard or custom fields are available in the Properties panel (in Studio Desktop) or under Show additional options (in Studio Web).

Additional options

• Forecast close date - Forecasted closing date for the opportunity. Use the calendar widget to select a date. This field supports DateTimeOffset type input.
• Actual close date - Actual closing date for the opportunity. Use the calendar widget to select a date. This field supports DateTimeOffset type input.
• Responsible user ID - User who is responsible for closing the opportunity. This field supports String type input.
• Bid amount - Bid amount for the opportunity. This field supports Int64 type input.
• Bid currency - Currency of the bid amount. Select an option from the available drop-down list.

Output

• Opportunity - The output opportunity object. Automatically generated output variable.
• Opportunity ID - The ID of the new opportunity. Automatically generated output variable.
