Description

Invites a member to the channel by email.

Configuration

• Team - Type the name to retrieve the team from the dropdown or type a custom team ID. You can also retrieve the team ID from the output parameter of Get Team by Name activity.
• Channel - The channel where you want to invite the user. This field is case sensitive. Typing at least 3 characters of the name enables you to select the channel from a drop-down list or you can type in a custom channel ID. The ID of the channel can also be retrieved from the ID output parameter of the Get Channel by Name activity.
• User Email (UPN) - Type the user principal name (UPN) i.e. user email address. This should be the unique user login to Azure AD and other Office services. In very rare cases, UPN could be set to something else by Azure AD admin.
• User role - The role of the user, which can be Owner or Guest. The Owner is a channel admin that can manage the channel and its members while Guest is a person invited from outside the organization..
