About the Salesforce activity package

The UiPath.Salesforce.IntegrationService.Activities package enables you to automate Salesforce processes. It connects to Salesforce via the UiPath Connector for Salesforce. You can find out more information about our connector from the About Salesforce page.

Once established, the connection to the Salesforce instance can be reused in all subsequent child activities.

Prerequisites

A Salesforce account as well as a UiPath for Salesforce app are both required to use the Salesforce activities. These can be acquired from your Salesforce Administrator.

Alternatively, RPA Developers can use a Salesforce Developer account for automating processes in Salesforce.

How it works

To enable the outbound automation between UiPath and Salesforce, the activities establish an authenticated connection using the UiPath Connector for Salesforce.
