About the Salesforce Agentforce & Flows activities

Salesforce Agentforce & Flows activities for Integration Service, used to run Salesforce Agentforce agents and autolaunched flows from Maestro agentic processes.

The Salesforce Agentforce & Flows activities let a Maestro agentic process call Salesforce Agentforce agents and run Salesforce autolaunched flows. Agents and flows then take part in the process like any other task, and their output is available to the steps that follow.

This integration is available only for agentic processes created in UiPath Maestro^TM. Each activity runs through a specific Maestro task action:

Activity	Maestro task action
Execute Salesforce Agent	Start and wait for external agent
Execute Autolaunch Flow	Start and wait for external workflow
End Session	Execute connector activity

How it works

The activities use an authenticated connection created with the UiPath connector for Salesforce Agentforce & Flows. For details, refer to the Salesforce Agentforce & Flows authentication page.

Salesforce needs some configuration before the connector can reach your agents and flows. Agents require a connected app, and flows also require the UiPath Maestro Connector for Salesforce Flow managed package. For details, refer to Salesforce setup for the Agentforce & Flows connector.
