Activities

The following table lists the activities that are included in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Activities Package.

Create Account	Create an account in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Update Account	Update an account in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Create Contact	Create a contact in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Update Contact	Update a contact in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Create Lead	Create a lead in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Update Lead	Update a lead in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Create Opportunity	Create an opportunity in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Close Lost Opportunity	Choose an opportunity as lost and update its status.
Event Trigger	Choose an opportunity as won and update its status.
When an event happens	Create a trigger.
Insert Record	Insert a new record. After inserting the record, the activity outputs the String identifier assigned to the new record and the status of the request (success/failure information) in a ResponseStatus object that you can use in subsequent activities.
Update Record	Updates an existing record. After updating the record, the activitCreate an account in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.y outputs the status of the request (success/failure information) in a ResponseStatus object that you can use in subsequent activities.
Delete Record	Deletes a record. After deleting the record, the activity outputs the status of the request (success/failure information) in a ResponseStatus object that you can use in subsequent activities.
Get Record	Retrieves a record. After retrieving the record, the activity outputs the status of the request (success/failure information) in a ResponseStatus object that you can use in subsequent activities.
List All Records	Lists all the records in Microsoft Dynamics.
