Create Incident

Description

Create an incident in PagerDuty.

Configuration

  • Connection ID - The connection established in Integration Service. Access the dropdown menu to choose, add, or manage connections.

  • From - The email address of a valid user associated with the account making the request. Select an email from the available drop-down list. This field supports String type input.
  • Service - The service ID associated with the incident. Select an ID from the available drop-down list. This field supports String type input.
  • Title - The name or summary of the incident. This field supports String type input.
  • Details - Detailed information about the incident. This field supports String type input.
  • Priority - The unique ID for the priority level of the incident, ranging from P1 to P5. Select an ID from the available drop-down list. This field supports String type input.
  • Urgency - The level of urgency assigned to the incident: High or Low.
  • Assignees - An array of users assigned to the incident. This field supports String type input.
Manage Properties

Use the Manage Properties wizard to configure or use any of the object's standard or custom fields. You can select fields to add them to the activity canvas. The added standard or custom fields are available in the Properties panel (in Studio Desktop) or under Show additional properties (in Studio Web).

Additional properties
  • Conference number - The phone number to dial into the conference bridge. This field supports String type input.
  • Conference URL - The web address to join the conference bridge. This field supports String type input.
Output
  • Incidents - Automatically generated output variable.
  • Incident ID - Unique identifier for the incident. Automatically generated output variable.
