Description

Creates a user in Okta.

Configuration

• Connection - The connection established in Integration Service. Access the drop-down to choose, add or manage connections.
• First name - The first name of the user.
• Last name - The last name of the user.
• Email - The email address of the user.
• Username - An email address that acts as an unique identifier for the user.
• Password - The password for the new user. The password must have more than 8 characters.

Manage Properties Wizard

The Manage Properties Wizard can be used to configure or use any of the object’s standard or custom fields by selecting and adding them to the activity canvas. The added standard/custom fields are available in the Properties panel (in Studio Desktop) or under Additional options (in Studio Web).

• Manager ID - The ID of the manager.
• Phone - The phone number of the user.
• Title - The title of the user, i.e. Director.
• Employee number - The employee unique identifier for the organization.
• Activate user - Specifies whether you want to activate the user during creation.

Output

• User ID - The ID of the newly created user.
• Activation link - The activation link for the newly created user.
• Users - The newly created users.
