Description

Create and send an email or in-app conversation message as an admin.

Configuration

• Connection ID - The connection established in Integration Service. Access the dropdown menu to choose, add, or manage connections.

• Message type - Select between email or in-app message.
• Body - The body text content of the email or in-app message. This field supports String type input.
• Contact ID - Enter the contact ID from the output of an event trigger, a Search Contacts activity or a Create contact activity. This field supports String type input.
• Admin - Select the admin from the available drop-down list.
• Subject - If you select Email as Message type, you must also provide a subject. This field supports String type input.
• Template - Select the style of the message: Plain, Personal.
• Create conversation? - Whether to create a conversation without contact reply or not. Default value is False. Boolean value.

Manage Properties

Use the Manage Properties wizard to configure or use any of the object's standard or custom fields. You can select fields to add them to the activity canvas. The added standard or custom fields are available in the Properties panel (in Studio Desktop) or under Show additional properties (in Studio Web).
