Connect with Integration Service

Integration Service のコネクタは、委任されたアクセス許可で OAuth 2.0 認証コード フローを使用します。

The Microsoft 365 modern activities and triggers establish an authenticated connection to the Integration Service Microsoft OneDrive & SharePoint, Microsoft Outlook 365, and Microsoft 365 connectors. To learn more about Integration Service connections, refer to Set up Integration Service connectors.

When you connect to the Microsoft connectors in Integration Service, you have the option to use the standard Integration Service UiPath Public App registration (with a set of default, non-configurable scopes) or create your own application with Microsoft and customize the scopes you need.

Integration Service のコネクタを設定する

Microsoft 365 アクティビティとトリガー アクティビティを有効化するには、Integration Service で各 Microsoft 365 コネクタのコネクションを作成する必要があります。

• 「予定表」系アクティビティでは、Microsoft Outlook 365 コネクタを使用します。
• Excel Online アクティビティでは、Microsoft OneDrive & SharePoint コネクタを使用します。
• ファイル系アクティビティは、Microsoft OneDrive & SharePoint コネクタを使用します。
• Outlook 系アクティビティは Microsoft Outlook 365 コネクタを使用します。
• SharePoint 系アクティビティは、Microsoft OneDrive & SharePoint コネクタを使用します。

Additionally, you can access any Microsoft Graph API using the Microsoft 365 connector and the Microsoft 365 HTTP Request activity.

Important: For both Microsoft OneDrive & SharePoint and Microsoft Outlook 365, you can use the UiPath public application or bring your own application, with custom permissions. Follow the steps described in Microsoft OneDrive & SharePoint authentication and Microsoft Outlook 365 authentication.

Create connections

You can create the connections in Integration Service or you can create a process in Studio or Studio Web and add the connections when you start adding Microsoft 365 activities to your workflow.

事前にコネクションを作成する場合は、以下の手順を実行します。

1. UiPath Automation Cloud^TM の Integration Service に移動します。
2. [コネクタ] タブから、必要な Microsoft コネクタ (Microsoft OneDrive & SharePoint、または Microsoft Outlook 365) を選択します。
3. 各コネクタのページから [コネクションを追加] を選択し、「Microsoft OneDrive & Sharepoint の認証」および「Microsoft Outlook 365 の認証」に記載されている手順に従います。

Studio Web でプロジェクトを構築する

1. UiPath Automation Cloud に移動し、[Studio] を選択します。
2. 新しいオートメーション プロジェクトを作成します。
   1. [新しいプロジェクト] を選択します。
   2. [プロジェクト名]、[プロジェクトの説明]、および [オートメーションの開始方法] を設定します。
   3. [作成] をクリックします。
3. プロジェクトのプラス記号バーをクリックして、ワークフローへのアクティビティの追加を開始します。検索バーを使用してアクティビティを検索することも、リストで Microsoft 365 に移動して、このパッケージで利用可能なすべてのアクティビティを表示することもできます。
   

デスクトップ版の Studio でプロジェクトを構築する

1. 新しいオートメーション プロジェクトを作成します。

   1. UiPath Studio を開きます。

   2. [ 新規プロジェクト] の [ プロセス] をクリックします。 これにより、[ 新しい空のプロセス] ウィンドウが開きます。

   3. プロジェクトの [名前]、[場所]、[説明] を入力します。

   4. [対応 OS] を選択します。既定では Windows が選択されています。

   5. [作成] をクリックします。

2. UiPath.MicrosoftOffice365.Activities パッケージをインストールします。

   1. [デザイン] リボンから、[パッケージを管理] を選択します。
   2. [すべてのパッケージ] の下の [検索] バーに、「Office 365」または「Microsoft」と入力します。
   3. 目的のパッケージ バージョンを選択し、[ インストール] を選択します。
   4. [保存] ボタンをクリックします。

これで完了です。 以上で設定が完了したので、プロジェクトへの Microsoft 365 アクティビティの追加を開始できます。
