Create Candidate

Description

Creates a candidate record in SmartRecruiters.

Configuration

• Connection - The connection established in Integration Service. Access the drop-down to choose, add or manage connections.
• Posting - Type up to 3 characters of the job title to retrieve the posting from the drop-down list or pass a custom posting UUID.
• First name - The first name of the candidate.
• Last name - The last name of the candidate.
• Email - The primary email address of the candidate.
• Phone - The primary phone number of the candidate.
• Source type - The source type of the candidate. Both source and source type must be used together.

Manage Properties Wizard

The Manage Properties Wizard can be used to configure or use any of the object’s standard or custom fields by selecting and adding them to the activity canvas. The added standard/custom fields are available in the Properties panel (in Studio Desktop) or under Additional options (in Studio Web).

• Tags - The respective tags provided for a candidate.
• City - The city of the candidate.
• Region - The region of the candidate.
• Country - The country of the candidate.
• LinkedIn - The LinkedIn URL of the candidate.

Output

• Candidate ID - The ID of the candidate.
• Candidate - The full response object for the candidate.
