Update Contact

UiPath.HubspotCRM.IntegrationService.Activities.QuickUpdateContact

Updates a contact in Hubspot CRM.

In the Body of the Activity

The following properties are located inside the body of the activity:

• Contact ID - Type upto 3 characters of the name to retrieve the contact from the dropdown or pass custom contact ID.
• Email - The email of the contact.
• First Name - The first name of the contact.
• Last Name - The last name of the contact.
• Company Name - The name of the company to which the contact belongs.
• Job Title - The job title of the contact.
• Phone number - The phone number of the contact.
• Lifecycle stage - The qualification of contact to sales readiness. Options available in the drop-down are: Subscriber, Lead, Marketing qualified lead, Sales qualified lead, Opportunity, Customer, Evangelist, Other.
• Contact owner - Type the name to retrieve the user i.e. contact owner from the dropdown or pass custom user ID.
• Lead status - The contact's sales, prospecting or outreach status. Options available in the drop-down are: New, Open, In progress, Open deal, Unqualified, Attempted to contact, Connected, Bad timing.
• Contact - The contact object returned.

Properties

Common

• DisplayName - The display name of the activity. This field supports only strings or String variables.

Misc

• Private - If selected, the values of variables and arguments are no longer logged at Verbose level.

Output

• ResponseStatus - The status of the request (success/failure information). Enter a ResponseStatus variable (UiPath.BAF.Models.ResponseStatus). The ResponseStatus object includes three properties that you can use in other activities.
  • Success - Boolean - Specifies whether the API request was successful.
  • ErrorCode - String - The response error if the API request is unsuccessful (Success=False).
  • Message - String - The error message
