Web Search

Description

Web Search executes a search of the public domain using a natural language search query. The search results are available in the output.

Note: Web Search offers near-real-time search results. Note that time-sensitive data, like stock prices or weather, may be retrieved with a lag of up to several days. You can provide date, time and/or location as arguments in the query if needed, but the engine may still return delayed information.

Configuration

• Connection ID - The connection established in Integration Service. Access the dropdown menu to choose, add, or manage connections.

• Search engine - Select the search engine to use from the available dropdown list. Currently available: GoogleCustomSearch.
• Search - The natural language query to search the web for. This field supports String type input.

Output

• Formatted results - The search results string containing title, URL, and snippet. Automatically generated output variable.
