Export
The information on dashboards can be exported to use for reporting. The Export functionality is available in all dashboard charts.
Most charts in apps and discovery accelerators can be exported in the file types listed below.
Type |
Extension |
Description |
---|---|---|
image |
|
The exported
.PNG file contains an image of the bar chart with all the relevant filters and the title (if selected).
|
document |
|
Gives the same result as the export of an image. For PDF’s you also have the option to select the page layout Landscape or Portrait. |
table |
|
The
.XLSX file contains the chart as a table. This table has the same grouping as the chart itself. The exported table enables you
to keep working with the data outside of the application or use it as input for other programs.
|
data |
.CSV or .XLSX |
The resulting exported file is an
.XLSX or .CSV file. It contains all the data records used in the dashboard item. For each record, the value for each column chosen is shown.
Note: The
XLSX option is only enabled for smaller data selections.
