Adding process specific tags to the SAP Connector for AppOne

Note: The information in this guide applies to the SAP Purchase-to-Pay Connector for AppOne and SAP Order-to-Cash Connector for AppOne.

Introduction

Additional custom Tags can be defined in the SAP Connector.

Follow these steps to add a Tag.

Step	Action
1	Go to your Workspace and edit the Tags.csv file.
2	Add the tag to the file by defining a Tag type,Tag,Comment and (optionally) a Tag score.
3	In the SAP Connector, reload the Tags_input table in the Process Mining input folder.
4	Create an expression representing the tag in the Cases_preprocessing table. Note: The name of a tag expression, can only contain alphanumerical characters and spaces. Special characters (“”/-) are not allowed.
5	Add the new tag to the join expression of the Tags_preprocessing table. See illustration below for an example.
