Working with SharePoint List activities

• You can use the activity's browser widget to browse and select SharePoint List sites and their document libraries. To do that, you must first add the respective list to your followed sites by selecting the Following option in SharePoint.
• You can add or update managed metadata columns in SharePoint lists. Currently, this only works for multi-select managed metadata columns. If you want to add or update such a column, use the previously-obtained managed metadata values or specify them through the expression editor. The expression must contain a string in the format Term 1 Label|Term1Id;Term 2 Label|Term2Id;. An item in this string is a pair of a term label and a term id separated by a vertical bar | character. All items are separated by semicolons.
  Note: You can obtain the term label and ids through the Term Store Management Tool under the SharePoint Site settings.
