Description

Downloads the specified email attachments to a local folder.

Configuration

• Microsoft Outlook 365 connection - The connection for the Microsoft 365 account to use in the activity.
• Email - The email that contains the attachments to download. This field accepts Office365Message variables. Use the See more button menu to use a variable as the input mode.
• Filter by filename - Download only the attachments whose name matches the specified pattern. Multiple filename patterns should be separated by a vertical bar (|) character. A pattern may contain the wildcard character (*) , which matches zero or more characters (e.g., *.xlsx or file1.pdf or fi*.pdf|*.docx). Use the Plus button menu to switch to Advanced search. Advanced search uses the Filter Builder widget to configure the filter criteria. This property supports String variables and string formatted values.

Additional options

• Exclude inline attachments - Set to True to exclude inline attachments (attachments embedded in the email body). Boolean value.

Output

• Attachments - The downloaded files. Automatically generated output variable. You can use it as it is or save it with a different name. You can use this in other activities.

Note: The default download path is: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\Temp\ .
