Configuration

  • Microsoft OneDrive & SharePoint connection - The connection for the Microsoft 365 account to use in the activity.
  • SharePoint list - Browse through SharePoint sites you follow and choose the SharePoint list to use for this activity. Click the Folder icon to browse available lists or use the See more button menu to switch to Enter Url input mode.

    • List Name or ID - Enter the name or ID of the list. This property supports String variables and string formatted values.
    • Site Url - Enter the Url of the site. This property supports String variables and string formatted values.

    • Select the Update List Columns option if you've modified your lists and need to retrieve the latest data.

  • Filter - Filter the items retrieved based on available SharePoint List columns.
    • Use IDs of list items - This field is displayed if you select the By ID option.
  • Columns to retrieve - Select which columns to retrieve from the SharePoint list. This field is prepopulated once you select a SharePoint list.
Note: The SharePoint List activities use Column Names, but the Studio user interface exposes the columns' Display Names.
Note: Be aware that, behind the scenes, SharePoint lists have three Title columns, two of which are hidden from the UI. This means that when you change the display name of the Title column, you may inadvertently rename the wrong column.
Output
  • Single SharePoint List items - The single SharePoint list item retrieved as DataRow. Automatically generated output variable. You can use it as it is or save it with a different name. You can use this in other activities.
