Description

Initiates an automation workflow when an event is updated in the selected user's calendar.

Scopes

This activity requires the following scopes:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar

OR

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly

Configuration

• Gmail connection - The connection for the Google Workspace account to use in the activity.
• Additional filters - Click this field to open the Filter builder and configure additional criteria to check on the created event. Supports filtering on the following fields: All day, Attendee, Description, Has attachments, Location, Organizer, Summary.

Additional options

Output

• Google event - The updated event, stored in GSuiteEventItem variable. Automatically generated output variable. You can use it as it is or save it with a different name. You can use this in other activities.
• Job Data - Contains job info, such as Process name, Process version, Workflow name, Robot name, and mode of execution.
