Mark Email as Read or Unread (preview)

Mark Email as Read or Unread activity that marks an email message as read or unread in Apple Mail.

Description

Marks an email message as read or unread.

This activity changes the read status of an existing email message in Apple Mail. The email message must be one returned by the For Each Email activity.

Note:

This activity only runs on macOS systems with the Apple Mail application installed and configured.

Configuration

You can configure the activity and its properties as follows:

• Email - The email message to mark. Must be an email returned by the For Each Email activity.
• Mark As - Whether to mark the message as read or unread. The default is Read.
  • Read - Marks the message as read.
  • Unread - Marks the message as unread.
