Move Email

Description

Moves an email message to a different folder or label. The label being removed is the one previously chosen through the folder or label picker in a different activity.

Scopes

This activity requires the following scopes:

• https://mail.google.com/
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.modify

Configuration

• Gmail connection - The connection for the Google Workspace account to use in the activity.
• Email to move - The email to move. This can be retrieved from a trigger or via a For Each Email activity. This field accepts GmailMessage variables. Use the See more button menu to use a variable as the input mode.
• To email folder or label - The folder where to move the email. Browse the Gmail folders and select one. This field accepts IResource input. Use the See more button menu to switch to Folder path input mode.
  • Folder path - The path of the folder where to move the email (manual entry). This property supports String variables and string formatted values.

  • Select the Reload Email Folder Picker option if you've modified your email folders and need to retrieve the latest data.

Output

• Email - The moved email. Automatically generated output variable. You can use it as it is or save it with a different name. You can use this in other activities.
