Turn On Automatic Replies

Description

Activates and configures the Send automatic replies feature to notify others that you are out of office. If the Out of Office is already turned on and the activity also turns it on, it updates the Out of Office settings.

Scopes

This activity requires the following scopes:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.settings.basic

Note:

If you encounter a "Request had insufficient authentication scopes" error when running this activity, you must fix your connection to the Gmail connector, to authorize the new scope.

Configuration

  • Gmail connection - The connection for the Google Workspace account to use in the activity.
  • Start date - Select when to turn on the Out of Office. If the field remains empty, the Out of Office setting is turned on immediately. This field supports DateTimeOffset variables.
  • End Date - Select when to turn off the Out of Office. If the field remains empty, the Out of Office setting remains set indefinitely. This field supports DateTimeOffset variables.
  • Subject - The email message subject to be sent. This field supports String variables.
  • Automatic replies message - Insert the automatic replies message to be sent inside your organization. If the field remains empty, the message set in the general Gmail settings is used.
Options
  • Send replies outside user organization - Set if the automatic replies can be sent outside user organization. Boolean value.
  • Send reply only to contacts - Set if the automatic replies for users outside the organization can be sent only to contacts. Boolean value.
