Add New Slide
UiPath.Presentation.Activities.InsertSlide
Inserts a new slide in a PowerPoint presentation at the specified position. This activity must be added inside a Use PowerPoint Presentation activity.
In the Body of the Activity
- Presentation - Click Plus
on the right side of the field, and then select the presentation file where to insert the slide.

Slide Master - Choose a slide master from which to select a layout for the new slide. Click Plus
on the right side of the field, then select the presentation file and the slide master name.
Alternatively, use one of the other options in the menu to indicate the slide master name:
- Data from the Project Notebook, a parent Excel file or Outlook account. For example, select a cell in an Excel file to use the value in that cell.
- Use Saved Value - Select a value that you previously saved for later use in the project.
- Text - Enter the name in the Text Builder.
- Ask when run - Prompt for the name when the project is executed.
- Paste from clipboard - Paste a value that you previously copied to the clipboard in the project..
- Open in Advanced Editor - Enter a VB expression.

Layout - Select a layout to use for the new slide. Click Plus
on the right side of the field, then select the presentation file, and then select the layout for the slide.

- Save new slide number as - Optionally, you can save the position of the new slide in the presentation. You can save the slide number in a cell in an Excel file, copy it to the clipboard, or save it for later use in the automation.
