The colors of the activities in the process graph correspond to the average number of repeated activities for each case. see illustration below.

Dashboard items

Below is a description of the dashboard item of the Process - Repetitions dashboard.

Dashboard item

Description

Which part of the process is repeated?

Displays which activities occur more often than expected.

Overview

Displays:

• the average number of repeated activities per case.

• the related history of the repeated activities.

• the distribution of cases on which the average repetition is based.

Analysis

Displays:

• a cross table which contains information of repeated activities.

• the related history of the cross table information.

• the related distribution of the cross table information.

The average repetition per activity per case can be used to identify which parts of the process contain a lot of repeated activities and would be candidates for process optimization. The distribution chart can be used to see how often specific activities occur, and to check if there are deviations.

Note: If you increase the loop depth in the process graph of the Process – Repetitions dashboard, the repeated activities in the parent levels are ignored.

Dashboard items

Below is a description of the dashboard item of the Process - Automation dashboard.

Dashboard item

Description

Which part of the process is automated?

Displays which cases contain automated events.

Cases

Displays:

• the average automation rate per case type.

• the related history of the automation rate per case type.

• the distributed average automation rate per case type.

Activities

Displays:

• the percentage and total number of events automated for each activity.

• the related history of which activities are automated.

Analysis

Displays:

• a cross table which contains information of which activities are automated in which cases.

• the related history of the cross table information.

• the related history of the cross table information.

The average automation rate per case can be used to identify which parts of the process already contain a lot of automated activities and which parts would be the best candidates to consider for your next automation projects.
