Viewing email notifications

View email notifications about subscribed events, including actionable notifications you can complete directly from your inbox.

View the email notifications that you receive about the events that you are subscribed to.

Context

When an event that you are subscribed to takes place, an email notification is generated and sent to the email address that you used to create your account.

Grâce aux notifications Actionable, vous pouvez rapidement effectuer des tâches simples directement depuis votre boîte de réception, sans avoir à vous connecter à Action Center :

• Approuver une action
• Rejeter une action
• Ajouter des commentaires à une action

Vous pouvez également sélectionner Afficher la tâche complète dans Action Center pour accéder à tous les détails de la tâche dans Action Center.

Pour avoir des notifications exploitables, vous devez activer cette option lorsque vous créez une tâche d'application.

Prérequis

• Your Organization administrator enables the Enable email notifications option from the Preferences menu, on the Email configuration tab.

Étapes

1. Check the inbox of the email address where the notifications are sent.

You can read general information about the event that took place, and navigate to the corresponding service and tenant where it took place.
