Playwright test result states

Result and status values shown for a Playwright test execution in Test Manager, including the Attempts drill-down.

Remarque :

This capability is in controlled availability, delivered only to eligible tenants. It is available in Test Manager when delivered through Test Cloud.

État (State)	Signification
Passed / Failed	Final status of the test after all configured retries.
Skipped	The test was skipped in Playwright (test.skip/test.fixme, or a skip annotation). No Passed/Failed result is recorded; the skip reason appears as the log's informational message.
Aucun résultat	The Playwright result artifact did not contain a result for this test case. The log shows the message "The Playwright result artifact did not contain a result for this test case…".
Annulé	Shown when the test set execution itself is cancelled.
Type = Automated	All Playwright executions are flagged Automated.

A test that fails on an earlier attempt but passes on a later retry is recorded as Passed — the failed attempt(s) remain visible in the Attempts tab, and the per-test playwright-result.json attachment records wasFlaky: true.
