1. コンポーネントを作成し、提出して購入してもらうためにはどうすればよいですか?

• Make sure your listing meets the Standards for Quality Content.

2. 有料コンポーネントを提出するとどうなりますか?

• For Custom Activities The Marketplace Security Certification process starts. After your listing successfully passes the content review, you will be provided by the Marketplace team with the licensing SDK library to embed into your Activities package.

注:

The onus of licensing implementation for .NET 6 or Windows compatible custom activities lies with the vendor. Marketplace doesn't provide .NET6 compatible licensing library. It provides Windows-Legacy compatible licensing library.

When you send us the source code and the package with the licensing SDK embedded, the functionality and security testing will take place. Please read the details about the checks and timeframes here.

• For Business Solutions The Business Solutions Verification process starts. All its details are described here.
• For Professional Services After you submit your Professional Services listing, we check whether you and your content meet the stated above criteria.

3. 「サポート」とは具体的にどういうことでしょうか?どのような SLA が必要ですか?

• Please see this documentation article that covers Support details. Also, please make sure that the support and SLAs you will be providing are in alignment with the requirements expressed in the Marketplace Partner Agreement.

4. 有料のカスタム アクティビティに使用する技術適用のためのライブラリはどうすれば入手できますか?

• 提出したコンポーネントがコンテンツのレビューに合格すると、ライセンスの検証に使用されるライセンス SDK ライブラリが Marketplace チームから提供されます。

5. 技術適用ライブラリに関する質問があります。誰にどのように問い合わせればよいですか?

6. 作成した有料コンポーネントの公開を停止するにはどうすればよいですか?

• If you want to stop selling your paid listing on Marketplace, you can retire it. For that, go to Uploads > open the Paid listings tab > click on the three-dotted menu > select Retire.
  注:

  コンポーネントを購入した顧客は、契約の有効期限が切れるまでそのコンポーネントを利用できます。ベンダーは、購入顧客との契約が終了するまで、更新およびサポートに関する責務を果たす必要があります。

7. 以前に公開を停止したコンポーネントの新しいバージョンをアップロードするにはどうすればよいですか?

• Go to Uploads > open the Paid listings tab > search for those that have status Retired > click Edit on the one you want to update > upload a new version and press Submit as New Version.

8 UiPath が Marketplace からコンポーネントを削除することはありますか?

• はい、以下の場合には、UiPath がコンポーネントを削除するか、その公開を中止することがあります。
  • ベンダーと UiPath、支払処理業者、および顧客との間に適用されている契約にベンダーが違反した場合
  • 適用される法律またはサードパーティの知的財産権にベンダーが違反した場合
  • ベンダーと UiPath との間の契約または製品ライセンスの終了時
  • ベンダーの製品や関連する資料またはその品質に関する苦情があった場合
