New Latest jobs card on the Tenant and folder homepages

Added April 28, 2026: This feature was released on April 27, 2026, but was not included in the release notes at the time.

We enhanced the Tenant – Overview and Folder – Home pages with a new Latest jobs to help you quickly monitor recent job activity.

• The Tenant page includes jobs across folders.
• The Folder – Home page includes only jobs from that folder and does not include jobs from its subfolders.

• View recent jobs at a glance.
• Filter jobs by creation time and process time.
• 以下のような重要な詳細を確認します。
  • Process: the name of the process.
  • 場所: ジョブが実行されたフォルダー。
  • 種類: ジョブの種類。
  • 状態: ジョブの現在のステータス。
  • Creation Time: the job start time.
• リストで任意のジョブを選択して、[ジョブの詳細] サイドバーを開く
• Select View all:
  • From the Tenant Overview page, to open the full Jobs page under Tenant → Monitoring → Jobs, where you can see jobs across all folders.
  • From the Folder page, to open the Automations → Jobs page, where you can see jobs limited to that folder.

This enhancement provides better visibility into job activity directly from both the Tenant and folder home pages.

Cross-folder jobs filtering at Tenant level

You can now filter jobs across folders, making it easier to monitor and analyze executions at scale.

This new capability is available in Tenant → Monitoring → Jobs and allows you to quickly find relevant jobs across multiple folders using advanced filtering options.

Cross-folder filtering is currently available only at the tenant level. When accessing the Jobs page from a specific folder, results are limited to that folder and do not include jobs from its subfolders.

Intuitive filtering

• Use dedicated filters to quickly narrow down jobs across folders:
  • Creation time: focus on jobs within a specific time range.
  • Process type: filter by different process types.
  • Process: filter by specific processes.
  • State: easily identify jobs by status.
• All filters can be combined, allowing for more precise queries and better visibility in large datasets.

Cross-folder Jobs status counts and Jobs history are now clickable

Added May 4, 2026: This feature was released on April 27, 2026, but was not included in the release notes at the time.

Job status values and Jobs history chart segments on the cross-folder Tenant page are no longer just informational. You can now select any job status to open the Jobs list with the corresponding status filter already applied.

This makes it easier to quickly access running, pending, or failed jobs without manually applying filters.

Improved visibility for jobs started using attachment-based inputs

The Job details side panel now displays a warning when a job is started using input arguments sent as attachments due to input size restrictions. The message provides guidance on resolving compatibility issues with robot versions.

Job details enhancements

The Job Details side panel now includes a new Compatibility field within the Execution Environment section.

This addition provides clearer insight into the environment compatibility of each job, helping you better understand how and where jobs are executed.

Automation Cloud ロボット - サーバーレスの静的 IP カナダ、シンガポール、アラブ首長国連邦

Automation Cloud ロボット - サーバーレスの許可リストに静的 IP を追加し、カナダ、シンガポール、アラブ首長国連邦のリージョンでは、ネットワークを一部の外部 IP に対して開かないようにできるようになりました。静的 IP を使用するには、サーバーレス ロボット テンプレートでこのオプションを明示的に有効化する必要があります。これらを有効化した後、対応する IP を許可リストに追加できます。静的 IP のリストについては、『Automation Cloud 管理ガイド』の 「静的 IP の構成 」をご覧ください。

Orchestrator Credentials Proxy バージョン 2.2.1 のローンチ

Orchestrator Credentials Proxy v2.2.1 のリリースでは、以下の更新を行いました。

• 基になるフレームワークを .NET 8.0.26 に更新し、パフォーマンスとセキュリティが向上し、長期的なサポートが保証されました。
• AutoMapper への依存性を排除し、コードベースを簡素化し、保守性を向上させました。

オートメーション レジストリ

Automation Registry を公開しました。これは、フォルダー間で一元管理され、オートメーションと関連リソースを環境全体で検出、管理、管理するためのエクスペリエンスです。これにより、RPA ワークフロー、API オートメーション、エージェントなど、UiPath で利用可能なすべての種類のオートメーションを可視化できます。[ レジストリ ] ページには、次の 3 つの主要な領域にわたって統合ビューが表示されます。

• ソリューションのデプロイ: デプロイのステータス、バージョン、および場所を監視し、リソース、履歴、ログ、設定などの詳細情報にアクセスします。
• プロセス: オートメーションとエージェントの一元的なレジストリにアクセスし、フィルター オプションや、設定を表示または編集するためのクイック アクションを利用できます。

アクティブなジョブの [ジョブを複製] アクション

ジョブに対して新しい [ジョブを複製 ] アクションを利用できるようになりました。このオプションを選択すると、元のジョブの設定が事前に入力された [ジョブを開始 ] フォームが開きます。ジョブの複製アクションは、ジョブの再起動アクションに置き換わり、すべてのステートでこのオプションを有効化します。以前は、非終了ステート (保留中、実行中、停止中、終了中、中断、再開) は処理できませんでした。

イベント トリガーの Webhook URL に簡単にアクセスできるようにしました

The webhook URL is now available on the Package Requirement page for event triggers, making it easier to access when needed.

[無人オートメーションの設定] の [仮想マシン] オプションをわかりやすく改善

[無人オートメーションの設定] ページの無効化されている [仮想マシン] オプションについてのヒントを追加し、仮想マシンの設定はサポートされていないことの説明を記載しました。このヒントには、関連するドキュメントへのリンクも含まれています。これは、UiPath がホストする Unattended ロボットとセルフホストの Unattended ロボットの両方で利用できます。

ジョブの中断後のキュー トリガーの続行

以前に開始したジョブが [中断中] ステートであっても、キュー トリガーで新しいキュー アイテムの処理を続行できるようになりました。これにより、追加のアイテムをアップロードしたり、手動で操作したりすることなく、キュー内の残りのアイテムを確実に選択できます。

ランタイム引数の値のリセット

ランタイム引数の [既定値にリセット] ボタンを導入しました。このオプションを使用すると、任意のフィールドをパッケージまたはプロセスの既定値に簡単に復元できます。ジョブを再実行する場合、この操作を行うと、値は前回の実行の値ではなく、設定されている既定値にリセットされます。

Folders API から個人用ワークスペースのサブフォルダーを除外

/odata/Folders API によって個人用ワークスペースのサブフォルダーが返されていた問題を修正しました。

リソース名の重複のために発生するロールバック エラーの修正

リソースが同じ名前で再作成されるために、アップグレードまたはロールバックの操作が「Error code - 1001, Message - "The name is already used" (エラー コード - 1001、メッセージ - 「名前はすでに使用されています。」)」で失敗する可能性がある問題を修正しました。
