Citrix ShareFile authentication

Prerequisites

To create a connection, you need the following credentials:

• Your account's subdomain
• Your username and password.

For example, if your account's URL is "mycompany.sharefile.com", your subdomain is mycompany. If you don't know your account's subdomain, use the Don't know your account's subdomain? button to receive instructions.

Add the Citrix ShareFile connection

1. Select Orchestrator from the product launcher.
2. Select a folder, and then navigate to the Connections tab.
3. Select Add connection.
4. To open the connection creation page, select the connector from the list. You can use the search bar to find the connector.
5. Enter your account's subdomain and select Continue.
6. Next, enter your email and password and select Sign In.
