Freshdesk authentication

Prerequisites

To create a connection, you need the following credentials:

• API Key
• Domain

Retrieve your credentials

API Key

1. Sign in to the Freshdesk Support Portal.
2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the portal and navigate to Profile settings.
   
   

   

   
   
3. Select the View API Key button on the right-hand side of your profile page.
   
   

   

   
   

Domain

Sign in to the Freshdesk Support Portal and copy the first part of the URL, as indicated below:

Add the Freshdesk connection

1. Select Integration Service from Automation Cloud.
2. From the Connectors list, select Freshdesk. You can also use the search bar to find the connector.
3. Select the Add connection button.
   
4. Enter the required credentials: API Key and Domain.
5. Select Connect.
6. Your connection has been added.
