Platform Unit consumption
Integration Service uses Platform Units as a measure of consumption for executed Integration Activities. The consumption of Platform Units occurs in the following way: for every 100 executed activities, 2 Platform Units are used.
Table 3. Consumption rates based on process source
| Process source | Consumption rate |
|---|---|
| API Workflows | 100 executed activities = 2 Platform Units |
| Agents | 100 executed activities = 2 Platform Units |
| Maestro | 100 executed activities = 2 Platform Units |
| RPA Workflows (executed by attended, unattended, or serverless robots)1 | Not metered |
1 Integration Activities used in RPA Workflows are charged via the robot’s runtime licensing and are not metered separately.
Exceeding allocated Integration Activities
Integration Activities are consumed first. When the allocated number of Integration Activities is exhausted, equivalent Platform Units are used at the standard conversion rate of 100 Integration Activities to 2 Platform Units.
After all Platform Units are consumed, execution continues without additional charges unless consumption limits are explicitly enforced at the tenant level.
At least one licensed Platform Unit package is required to allow continued execution once Integration Activities are depleted.
