Workday authentication

Prerequisites

Before you create a connection in Integration Service, you must perform some steps in the Workday platform, such as creating an Integration System User or configuring domain security policy permissions. See Prerequisites for creating a connection to Workday.

To create a connection, you need the following credentials:

• Hostname
• Tenant
• Username
• Password

Add the Workday connection

To create a connection to your Workday instance, you need to perform the following steps:

1. Select Integration Service from Automation Cloud^TM.

2. From the Connectors list, select Workday. You can also use the search bar to narrow down the connector.

3. Select the Connect to Workday button.

4. You are now redirected to the connection page. Enter your account's hostname, tenant, then your username and password, and click Connect.

5. Your connection has been added.
